Catherine Phan is an attorney at B | B Law Group who has dedicated her career to representing plaintiffs in employment, personal injury, and wrongful death matters. She is an aggressive advocate for her clients, ensuring they each obtain the justice they deserve against corporations and insurance companies. Ms. Phan has obtained over a million dollars in successful verdicts and settlements for her clients.
Ms. Phan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach, where she double majored in Philosophy and Communications. She received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, focusing on civil litigation skills and employment rights.
Prior to joining B | B Law Group, Ms. Phan aggressively litigated for employees’ rights at a well-respected employment law firm in Los Angeles. She continues to advocate on behalf of employees in employment matters involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, whistleblower, retaliation, wage & hour, and misclassification claims. She has also represented plaintiffs in various personal injury matters, interned for judges at the at the California Superior Court and United States District Court, and worked with various legal groups including the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, Bet Tzedek- Employee Rights Project, and Service Employees International Union.
She is a member of Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA). In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and reading.
